About this printout

Solving on paper
Paper has no Check button, so write lightly where you're unsure. 6-Across, “Prima ___ (opera's leading lady)”, is a fill-in-the-blank, often the quickest way in. The shortest clue is 5-Across, “Common sans-serif font”, at three words; the longest is 8-Across, “Cluttered state of a messy room”, at six words. Clue types to watch for:

- Marked as a short form: 1-Across, “Phone programs, for short”
