About this printout

Solving on paper
Paper has no Check button, so write lightly where you're unsure. The shortest slot, 1-Across, has only four letters, so it's a good place to start. The shortest clue is 5-Across, “They separate rooms”, at three words; the longest is 1-Across, “Resident of Dubai or Riyadh”, at five words. None of the ten clues is a fill-in-the-blank, a quotation, a question-mark clue or a marked short form.
