About this printout

Solving on paper
Paper has no Check button, so write lightly where you're unsure. The shortest slot, 1-Down, has only three letters, so it's a good place to start. The shortest clue is 1-Across, “Obtains”, at one word; the longest is 5-Across, “Tie score in a game”, at five words. Clue types to watch for:
