About this printout

Solving on paper
Paper has no Check button, so write lightly where you're unsure. 7-Across, “Been ___, done that”, is a fill-in-the-blank, often the quickest way in. The shortest clue is 8-Across, “Pig's pen”, at two words; the longest is 4-Across, “Beethoven's Symphony No. 9, e.g.”, at five words. Clue types to watch for:
